Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately I do not accept returns or refunds, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact me at info@lashleycreations.com to open up a conversation on how I may address your concern.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. All items must by undamaged. For sweaters, exchanges are only accepted for unworn items. If any item received is damaged, I will not be able to process your exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
