Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately I do not accept returns or refunds, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact me at info@lashleycreations.com. to open up a conversation on how I may address your concern.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. All items must by undamaged. For sweaters, exchanges are only accepted for unworn items. If any item received is damaged, I will not be able to process your exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
